Welcome! The Middletown Home has been a non-profit long-term care service provider for Dauphin County and surrounding communities since 1924. This unique Continuing Care Retirement Community offers Independent, Assisted, and Nursing and Rehabilitative services all within one building. This distinctive feature gives our residents from the different levels of care easier access to each other and to the various entertaining events throughout the community.

We are excited about what our community has to offer and we are delighted that you have decided to stay with us!
