Quality Insights is an organization that is contracted by Medicare to help
with various quality improvement measures for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
provider's who are certified as Medicare providers. The Middletown Home
participates in some of their seminars and training that they provide.
Quality Insights also is part of the review request of benefits cut or exhausted
from skilled level of care services provided under Medicare.
